Costume Design

Our main character Anisha is an ordinary, quite fashionable teenage Asian girl, so we have decided to base her outfit on current teenage "in" fashions. However, Anisha will also have to wear at some point a coat as we intend to splash this character with water, so the coat will add to the effect that it has just been raining. She will also need an umbrella for this reason.

Her younger sister Amina is a chavy little girl so we decided on a typical chav, scraped back hair, too much make up and some kind of track suit, she might possibly even have a mobile phone:

Anisha's even younger sister is really sweet and girly, so she would be wearing a lot of pink and maybe have plaits in her hair or bunchies:

The boy who Anisha is "in love with" is what people call "indie" so will be wearing jeans, either vans or converse with a slogan t-shirt or just a t-shirt that has some kind of pattern on it.

For the last scene in our two minuets we see Anisha at a sleep over with lots of her friends. To add to the maise- en -scene, everyone will be wearing pyjamas:
